Ivesco Oy continues Demeca's ventilation product sales
Ivesco Oy has bought Demeca’s ventilation business and continues to sell and manufacture popular barn cellwindows and other ventilation products in Haapavesi.
Demeca Oy’s ventilation solutions have played a key role in the development of Finnish cattle farms. Ventilation products have been available to farmers for new constructions and ventilation renovations in older barns for 10 years. Ventilation renovations have been found to have a significant impact on the well-being of animals and people, and also into milk and beef production growth.
Demeca Oy has decided to focus on manufacturing various biogas plants and biogas upgrading, pressurization and distribution technology, as well as manufacturing manure treatment and automation bedding systems for farms.
”The manufacture of ventilation solutions played a significant role for us and a large share of net sales. In our business, we want to focus on biogas and manure processing, as delivery volumes have increased and we need all production capacity for biogas and manure processing products. We wanted to find a company for Ventilation Products, because there is still demand and the product is in good condition. Esko has been in Demeca’s service for a long time and has sold several hundred ventilation projects. It’s really nice that Esko still wanted to continue selling Ventilation and also took the products into production.” Demeca’s CEO Pekka Vinkki says.

Customer can also do the installation himself. Also the products will continue to be manufactured for cooperation with construction companies.
